In doing so, it enables brands to back authentic storytelling with purpose, while accessing a new generation of creative talent and fresh, culturally resonant narratives.
Training Strand: Well-Made Futures
As part of Well-Made Films Ltd’s mission to expand access to creative industries, Training in Practice is a flagship practical initiative that brings high-quality film media into colleges and universities. It enables students to co-create professional short films through guided workshops, mentoring, and real-time production with an industry team. This strand builds the company’s social impact, creates long-term partnerships with schools and funders, and positions Well-Made Films as a leader in inclusive creative training opportunities.
Shine-A-Light Scheme
Our “Shine A light Scheme” on new talent aims to promote and showcase a body of work that demonstrate exceptional skills, creativity and ability in the industry from writers, directors and cinematographers. An annual talent program producing short films by new writers/directors and to take a selection of the award-winning films to develop further into feature lengths to begin elevating careers in the industry.
