Annie Lees-Jones is an award-winning scripted comedy producer widely recognised on the international festival circuit for producing Two Minutes, starring Annette Badland, Samuel Bottomley, and Ashley Margolis earning Audience Choice Award at the BFI London Film Festival (2024), Best Comedy Short at Flickers’ Rhode Island and Best British Short at Discover Film as well as over 37 official selections at BAFTA, BIFA, and Oscar-qualifying festivals, a clear indicator of her ability to champion feel-good entertainment and audience- pleasing content.
She established the company after twenty-five years working in comedy across theatre, film, and television gaining a sharp eye for noticing exceptional comedic talent. A clear testament to her producing prowess, Annie was the recipient of the Centerframe ‘Get it Made’ competition as a producer on Like Buses, starring Marsha Miller and Cora Kirk. and notably attached to three out of the five finalist projects, another as runner-up, firmly establishing her as a producer in the industry to watch out for!
In 2025, Annie was selected for the Film London New Talent Strand and invited to attend the Production Finance Market (PFM). She is currently attached to several standout, as-yet-undisclosed projects. and is developing a bold, genre-spanning slate from sharp, high-end television comedy to powerful feature-length drama, championing fresh voices and fearless storytelling.
Alongside her production work, Annie also freelances as a creative producer and consultant, supporting other filmmakers with project packaging, including pitch decks, business plans, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and legals — guiding projects from concept through to market readiness.
