Annie Lees-Jones
Founder & Creative Producer
Annie Lees-Jones is an award-winning British Comedy Actress and Producer. Driven by ambition and an insatiable hunger to explore the world of film production, her journey in the entertainment industry has been nothing short of commitment and dedication. Trained in musical theatre, a former fight director for the Royal Opera House and the comedy stunt coordinator for the Royal Shakespeare Company, she has been known to fall 40 ft and equally skilled with a rapier or rubber chicken! Earning distinction in two degrees, her unwavering passion for the art of storytelling through original scripted comedy has been the driving force behind Well Made Films. Drawing on her expertise, she assembled a team of talented creatives who share her vision and dedication. Working with both new and established talent hey are united in their determination to create and produce high-quality shows that attract viewers and leave them wanting more.
Chloe Holness
Development Producer
A British Media Producer who has been studying Film & Television production for the last 7 years, with a flair for creativity that led to an enthusiastic focus on Production Design.
Preferring a practical approach to new and exciting projects, highly adaptive when overcoming challenges using skills for both business and creative sides of the media industry as a Development Producer. Past works include drama, horror, sci-fi, fantasy, experimental, and adaptation.

Thomas Boby
Post-Production Supervisor
Thomas has extensive knowledge of professional Digital Film Editing and an understanding of sound design. His background and in-depth knowledge extend to Visual and Special Effects with a practical imagination for visual storytelling.

Software knowledge includes After Effects, Premier Pro, Photoshop, Media Composer, Davinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender & Nuke. A highly motivated individual with a strong passion for filmmaking.
Jay Merritt
Supervising Producer
​Jay has extensive experience and knowledge of film and media production with a broad understanding of the current market and industry context. Jay is an efficiency-driven supervising producer responsible for overseeing filming operations, fulfilment of location filming, transport logistics, health and safety, and HR.
Supervises all crew and/or one or more producers on single or multiple productions.
Carlos Tu
PMD
Carlos Tu is a producer of marketing and distribution; he has diverse expertise in both the marketing and film industries. A producer who is passionate, highly motivated, well-organised, and flexible can handle and oversee lengthy projects such as commercials, music videos, TV shows, and feature films.
